Weather: Stunt run!
OK, it’s just barely a stunt run, but considering the consequences, I’m going to err on the side of remaining warm and pliable.

What a beautiful night for a run!
Kept it mostly below my ‘132’ limit for easy runs, though I must admit, Stock Lake Trail was so beautiful, I let my heart crank up a bit more.
I think I might have been the first footprints through this time, though I was lucky enough that a skidoo had been through already.
10/10 would do it again.
Training Tip: Watch your friends run remotely.
A friend of mine is running his first marathon today, the Maui Oceanfront Marathon. I find watching his progress to be quite inspiring. My sweetheart and I are sitting in our pajamas watching him complete this giant challenge.
We’re watching through his ‘strava beacon’ but there often a number of ways to track your friends, through the race website.
I’ve never run the distances that this friend has, in his training. Having lured him into running, it’s a bit odd to be ‘passed’ by someone like that, but also pretty encouraging.
So keep an eye on your friends’ athletics. Enjoy their successes, and use it shamelessly as fuel for your own achievements.
